When is the activity park open?

When the park closes at 17:00, the last Go High instruction is at 13:00
When the park closes at 19:00, the last Go High instruction is at 15:00

When is the latest time to cancel or change a reservation?

You can cancel or correct a booking no later than 48 hours before the activity.

Can you buy food and drinks at Kragerup Activity Park?

We offer freshly made Italian pizzas prepared with different toppings, various light dishes, snacks and hot and cold drinks.

Bring your own food and drinks to enjoy in our picnic area next to the activity park parking lot.

Information about companion cards

Upon presentation of a valid companion card, admission is free for the companion. Bookings are only made for the person attending. Remember to note the companion in the comment field when booking. Only applies to activities - not stays.

Why can't I book at the time I want?

If the requested time does not appear when booking online, it is because the time is outside opening hours or it is fully booked.

Can you consume alcohol before an activity?

You must not have consumed alcohol before the following activities:

  • Go High
  • Go High Extreme
  • Go Bounce
  • MTB
  • Archery
  • Jacob's Ladder
  • Rappelling
  • Escape from the chef
  • Blind canoe race
  • Archery Attack

How old do you have to be to try the Go Bounce trampoline park?

There are no age limits for the Go Bounce trampoline park. Children under 4 years of age are free and may only participate with a paying adult at their own risk.

Do you have to pay even if you're not climbing?

The activity park is free to enter if you are not trying out activities.

How long can you climb for?

You are entitled to climb for three hours.

When should you be at the instruction when climbing?

You must check in at the activity park reception at least 15 minutes before the instruction time.

Can you climb if you are pregnant?

Do not climb if you are pregnant for safety reasons.

Can you climb in the rain?

There is no problem climbing in the rain and tickets are non-refundable for this reason. We recommend checking the weather forecast and dressing for the weather.

The courses are only closed if the instructors deem the weather dangerous.

Can you climb if it is very windy?

There is no problem climbing in windy weather and tickets are non-refundable for this reason. We recommend checking the weather forecast and dressing for the weather.

If a child turns 4 next week, can they climb?

You must be at least 4 years old to climb in the Go High climbing park. Some of our courses have a minimum height requirement of 140 cm.

Where can I find the safety rules for Go High?

Before climbing in the Go High climbing park, it is a requirement that you have read and understood our safety rules. You can read the complete safety rules here - so you are well prepared when you check in.

Does an adult need to give permission to climb Go High?

All guests under the age of 18 who visit the activity park without an adult must bring and present a power of attorney where an adult has signed that they and the guests under the age of 18 have read and understood the safety rules and give them permission to climb.
