Get a fully facilitated team day by our experienced team building consultant Ole Rasmussen, who has more than 30 years of experience with facilitated team building, including from the military.
Ole is a trained business consultant specializing in change management, team building, leadership and employee development and can therefore offer feedback, event evaluation and behavioral analysis, using both our exercises and his own.

At Kragerup Estate and Activity Park on Zealand, we offer various team activities focused on creating a more positive work environment where employees feel motivated to work together towards common goals. Our problem-solving exercises can also help identify and solve any challenges within the team and promote a sense of community and engagement.
Purposeful team building
Do you want to strengthen collaboration between employees? Then you’ve come to the right place. We offer team building on Zealand both on land, at sea and in the air, and during the winter period we move into our grain barn, where seven selected activities are prepared, so you can also book indoor team building during the cold season.
A team building day at Kragerup Estate gives your team or department the opportunity to have fun, exciting and community-building experiences. At Kragerup Estate we have our own well-trained team building instructors who facilitate the vast majority of our programs here at the estate. In addition, we work closely with consultant Ole Rasmussen, who can perform behavioral analyses of the interaction between the participants.
For example, we offer the ‘Blind Leader’ exercise where the focus is on the process and not just the result. The exercise challenges the individual to take on a new role in the team and step out of their comfort zone to achieve development. The strategy for the exercise is up to you, but you’ll find out if it’s the most obvious one when you have to navigate around blindfolded. The exercise focuses on oral communication and all the senses of the body.
Creative and fun teambuilding activities at Kragerup Manor
If you are looking for a larger team building event on Zealand with more activities, we offer to plan and run a tailor-made team building estate race from 10 to 500 people. We call the event ‘The Estate Treasure Hunt‘ and is composed of eight theoretical tasks distributed on the estate’s grounds. You will therefore get to know the scenic surroundings around the estate. If you want to combine the treasure hunt with more physical activities facilitated by an instructor, it is possible to add several of our other team building exercises. The focus is to develop and improve the group’s cooperation while bringing the competitive spirit into play.
Our team building instructors also have extensive experience in facilitating team building for bachelorette parties, where the bride or groom can have a very special and fun day in the company of friends and family. You can also choose to enjoy the rest of your bachelor party here on the estate or in our shelter village, where you can also spend the night at the end of the day.

According to meeting expert Bo Krüger, meetings in nature help keep managers and employees motivated: “Passive consumption of powerpoint presentations is not enough. The best learning must be engaging and creative.” This is exactly what we try to realize at Kragerup Estate with our many scenic team building activities. We also offer beautiful outdoor meeting rooms in the forest, so you can spend the whole day outdoors if you wish.

Team building can be challenging for some, especially if you are challenged in our Go High adventure park, where you can reach a height of 28 meters, or in our team building exercises ‘Jacob’s Ladder‘ and ‘Rappelling‘. That’s why it’s important to us that our instructors are trained, professional and aware of the guests’ differences, so that we can provide thorough instruction and reassurance among the guests.
