Kragerup Activity Park at Kragerup Gods is proud to announce that we have been awarded the GREEN ATTRACTION certification, recognizing our dedication to responsible operations and environmentally friendly initiatives. As one of only 25 attractions in Denmark to achieve this prestigious certification, and the first of its kind in activity and climbing parks, we confirm our commitment to preserving nature and providing responsible experiences for our guests.
Kragerup Activity Park has undergone extensive documentation and evaluation of our initiatives to meet the criteria for GREEN ATTRACTION certification. We have prioritized reducing our energy and water consumption and ensured efficient waste management so that everything can be recycled in the best possible way. We have also invested in selected materials and methods, such as recycled nylon in our climbing park and gentle installation methods that extend the life of the trees.
Our commitment to responsible operations is also emphasized by our GREEN KEY certification at the hotel on Kragerup Gods, which we have maintained since 2015. Wherever our guests stay at Kragerup Gods and Activity Park, they will experience our responsibility and our efforts to minimize our environmental footprint.
The jury behind the certification particularly highlighted our innovative approach to preserving the trees in our climbing park and our careful sorting scheme with clear signage to match the natural surroundings.
