Kragerup Estate is the ideal conference venue on Zealand for those who do not want to compromise on quality, surroundings or space. At Kragerup Estate we have meeting and conference rooms in both the main building and the old farm buildings as well as large outdoor areas that make it easy for us to match your needs with the right conference room.
Our largest conference room can accommodate up to 255 people and we always have screens, microphones, tablets, whiteboards and other necessary equipment at your disposal. We also have rooms available for smaller groups as small as six people, and you are always welcome to use the living rooms and nature as group rooms.
Make conferences a breeze – team building at Kragerup Manor
At Kragerup Manor, we have used part of our beautiful forest area to build a large activity park, which includes Denmark’s first climbing park Go High and trampoline park Go Bounce. The activity park is the perfect choice for those of you who want team building and activities – on land, on water and in the air. It’s a great break before, during and after the conference. Our participants report that the activities were both fun and challenging, and that they really focused on communication and teamwork skills.
We have our own event team that designs team days and team building sessions here at Kragerup Estate. Uniquely, Kragerup Manor also offers team building during the winter, where we have converted our old barn for the purpose.

Our course and conference center is an integral part of our historic estate, so you are guaranteed surroundings that go far beyond the ordinary. We provide tailor-made meeting planning and advice with a personal welcome and your own conference host. We take pride in surrounding you with competent staff, well-appointed rooms, an excellent restaurant and of course the nature surrounding the estate, so you can feel right at home during your stay.
Our exclusive conference hotel on Zealand is located on a 14th-century estate, making it one of Denmark’s oldest estates. You’ll find stately conference rooms with everything from stucco ceilings to paintings and chandeliers, as well as beautiful outdoor areas that will hopefully give you the peace and motivation you need during your conference.
CO2-neutral freight: Hold a conference with a clear conscience
At Kragerup Estate, we have unique opportunities to organize different conferences and courses with consideration for the environment. Kragerup is CO2 neutral, partly because the estate has its own six wind turbines, its own straw boiler and its own waterworks. We also run our own farm based on the principles of good farming. In other words, this means that we grow our crops according to the methods that best protect the environment and guarantee us the best possible raw materials. Kragerup Estate is the first CO2-neutral estate in Denmark – and we’re proud of it.
In the forest, you can also sit in the forest cabin, use the nature group room or make use of our three walk-and-talk trails to sharpen your senses and form new ideas.
Day meetings, kick-offs and conferences with overnight accommodation
At Kragerup Manor we have years of experience in hosting and have helped teams, companies and organizations set the right setting to discuss upcoming projects and build stronger relationships. Our conference rooms on Zealand are used by both small and large organizations with day meetings, conferences, team building or kick-offs on the agenda.
When you hold your conference at Kragerup Manor, you will of course have the opportunity to stay overnight in our fantastic rooms on the estate. We have 57 unique and individually decorated rooms at our 4-star hotel, and an overnight stay gives all participants the opportunity to be present throughout the day without worrying about a trailing edge.
