Be enchanted by Kragerup Estate’s whitewashed main building with two adjoining wings, reflecting centuries of stories about nobles, carriages and drawbridges. A wedding at our historic estate is therefore an opportunity for you and your partner to write yourselves into a fantastic story about one of Denmark’s oldest estates.
At Kragerup Manor we have five beautiful wedding venues that can accommodate from 20-250 guests, all of which are unique. In other words, our wedding venues on Zealand make it possible for you to host everything from an intimate celebration to a large wedding party in romantic and stately surroundings. You can read more about our different wedding venues here, and of course you are also welcome to visit us to experience them for yourself.
In addition, we offer you to get married in our beautiful park, where a large pavilion, beautiful floral decorations and the white bridge over the moat will be on the horizon. If you wish, you can continue your wedding reception outdoors on our large terrace or in our beautiful herb garden where you can toast with your guests and enjoy a piece of your specially designed wedding cake.
The dining room
Our elegant dining room is located in the center wing of the main building. It is a bright banquet room with a classic long table and breathtaking views of the park and moat. The walls are adorned with beautiful paintings from the estate’s previous owners, while the ceiling holds enchanting chandeliers. In other words, you will undoubtedly experience a true estate atmosphere when you choose the dining room as your wedding venue.

Grain magazine
If you’re looking for a wedding venue in Zealand that exudes history and romance, Kornmagasinet is a fantastic choice. It’s a large and bright function room located on the 1st floor in the left wing of the main building.
The granary is so named because grain sacks were once stored on the first floor, and the staircase up to the granary is therefore full of history about the workhorses of the time. From here you’ll have a view of the park with fountains on one side and the courtyard on the other. Kornmagasinet is the perfect place for those who want a larger wedding venue with room for a dance floor and live band.

Carriage gate
Among our beautiful wedding venues on Zealand, you’ll also find the Carriage Gate. The fine Wagon Gate is our second largest function room and is therefore ideal for a large estate wedding. The Wagon Gate is located in its own building, where you’ll have access to a bar, cloakroom, stage and toilets.
In the old days, the carriage gate was used as a stable and later as a car and tractor museum by 7th generation estate owner, Erik Dinesen. The historic building has undergone extensive renovation and modernization so that all your wishes for a modern dream wedding can be fulfilled.

Kviestalden
In our beautiful heifer barn, there is plenty of space for a multitude of guests, as the room is no less than 365 m2. The heifer barn has undergone a complete renovation, which of course has been done with respect for the details and atmosphere of the original barn. Today, the heifer barn has high ceilings with exposed beams, large crystal chandeliers and real carpets on the walls. At the end of each gable, you’ll find large glass sections that guarantee a large and bright room. In addition, this wedding venue has its own toilets and cloakroom, so you don’t have to leave the room more than necessary.

Forest cabin
If you’re looking for a rustic wedding venue, the Forest Lodge is the obvious choice. Nestled in the forest under the green canopy of trees, the Forest Lodge is a spacious function room with exposed beams and breathtaking panoramic views of the estate’s park and forest, giving you the experience of bringing nature into the room. The wedding room provides a relaxed and informal atmosphere and is popular both for an informal wedding or a festive dinner the night before the big day.

Do you want to decorate your beautiful venue with enchanting and truly wonderful decorations? Then we highly recommend our partner, Drømmetyl, who offers beautiful tulle, fairy lights and green branches that are the perfect match for the rustic beams in the ceiling.

The landowner’s feast
Do you dream of throwing a party on an estate in stately and scenic surroundings? With the estate owner’s party package, you can celebrate your occasion in style at Kragerup Estate. We will try to fulfill all your wishes and dreams for the big day.
