Our skilled ‘Familien Kragerup’ staff always focus on hospitality, and you will be served a Christmas-inspired 3-course menu or a Christmas buffet that reflects the holiday season, created by our professional chefs. If you have special requests or requirements for the food, it is possible to add to the menu. Get more out of the event and arrive in the afternoon for cozy Christmas activities, team building or enjoy delicious apple slices and mulled wine in the living rooms.

Pink roasted Berberi duck breast served with baked celeriac puree, glazed beets, crispy kale and a delicate duck blanquette.
Served with red wine sauce with fresh parsley and oven roasted potatoes tossed in browned butter.
Dessert
Baked Alaska with velvety vanilla parfait, cherry sorbet, crispy meringue, roasted almonds and hot cherry sauce.

First you have to unleash your inner hunter and hit the reindeer with a bow and arrow. It’s all about concentration, precision and maybe a bit of good-natured collegial banter – who will be the best shot in the office?
Next, it’s time to hoist the Santa hat, where teamwork and strategy are key to success. You need to work together to get the hat to the top – and that requires both good communication and persistence.

Your company can organize your company Christmas party in one of our rooms, which can accommodate anything from 10 to 180 people. In our cozy dining room, the atmosphere of the room is unique. The older style with stucco, beautiful chandeliers and upholstered chairs make the dining room an intimate and special experience. Our largest room at Kragerup Manor is the Kviestalden, which has a small terrace where you can gather for a welcome drink or a speech.
