When senses are challenged and trust is put to the test
What happens when some of our senses are disrupted and we have to find new ways to work together? In this blindfolded exercise, trust and collaboration become key elements. Who takes the lead? Without the ability to see, you need to trust each other and communicate clearly to complete the task. It’s a fun and different way to strengthen team unity and discover new sides of yourself and each other.
From mid-November to the end of March, we offer our team building exercise, blind leader, indoors for groups of minimum 10 people.
Practical information
Communication, planning and collaboration are the keywords in this team building exercise that puts your sense of sight completely out of play. Together you must navigate the unknown and find your way – even when you can’t see.
