Here you will encounter the different physical and mental expressions of yoga and be guided through the 7 energy chakras, mindfulness exercises, breathing exercises and meditations. The styles will be characterized by hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga. If you haven’t tried facial yoga or facial reflexology before, you are in for a very special experience.
Look forward to some immersive days in beautiful surroundings where you can enjoy lovely walks in the park and forest. We turn up the heat so you can relax in front of the fireplace in the living rooms, take a dip in the pool and enjoy healthy and delicious meals and juices.

19.00 – 20.30 2-course dinner in the vault basement
20.30 Evening socializing and raw cake in the garden room and library by the fireplace
Day 2
07:30 Smoothie, spirulina juice and fruit
07:30 – 09:00 Yoga and mindfulness in the carriage gate: Flow yoga, breathing exercises, chakra meditation
09.00 – 10.00 Breakfast in the vault basement
10:00 – 12:00 Possibility to go for walks, relax in the living rooms, use the pool area, go mountain biking or canoeing
12:00 – 13:00 Face yoga and facial reflexology: Japanese lifting
13.00 – 14.00 Lunch in the vault basement
16:30 – 18:00 Yoga and mindfulness in the carriage gate: Mobilizing yin yoga, nervous system response and “let go” meditation
19.00 – 20.30 2-course dinner in the vault basement
20.30 – 21.00 Evening socializing and chocolate in the garden room and library by the fireplace
Day 3
7:30 am Healthy snacks, spirulina juice and fruit
7:30 am – 9:30 am Yoga and mindfulness in the carriage gate: Mindfull yoga, yoga nidra meditation and mindfulness practice
9:30 am – 10:30 am Breakfast in the vault cellar

Trine is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher who will guide you through the magical universe of yoga with her warm and embracing personality. Trine has taught both abroad and in Denmark since 1996 and is known for her great presence and commitment on her travels.
Trine has an exciting CV that includes: Yoga training from India, Mindfulness instructor and mentor, Medical yoga teacher for children/adolescents and adults, Face Yoga, Facial Reflexologist, EFT, Cranio Sacral Therapist, Flying Nurse, Crisis Nurse, Course provider, Child therapist and Volunteer abroad.
