Join us for a day of self-pampering, where you can dive deep into the world of yoga and feel the calm. We combine different forms of yoga and relaxing meditation to help you find balance between mind and body. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or a beginner, the day's program will be adapted to all levels to ensure you get the full benefit.
Your yoga teacher, Trine Winther, with her vast experience and attentive teaching, will guide you safely through a day filled with physical stretches, breathing exercises and mindfulness. You’ll have the opportunity to both strengthen your body and calm your mind.

After a wonderful yoga session, we offer a delicious and healthy lunch prepared with fresh ingredients. Then you can relax and enjoy the estate’s relaxing facilities, including our tranquil pool area, outdoor wilderness spa and a sauna barrel surrounded by the beauty of nature.
