Your yoga teacher Trine Winther will guide you through the day, where you can recharge your energy and pamper yourself from the inside out.
Your yoga teacher, Trine Winther, will guide you through a day filled with calm, contemplation and inner balance with her vast experience and attentive teaching. With a focus on yoga, meditation and mindfulness, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your body awareness, create mental clarity and find deep relaxation. The day will give you tools to bring more peace and presence into your everyday life.

After an inspiring yoga session, we offer a delicious and nutritious lunch prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients. Then you can retreat and enjoy the estate’s cozy wellness areas, which consist of: Sauna and foot spa in the main building and outdoor sauna barrel and ice bath in the Rose Garden.

Bring your swimwear, slippers and towel. We provide bathrobes and all necessary yoga equipment.
Program
<p><strong>09:30 – 10:00: </strong>Arrival at Vognporten between 9:30 and 10:00 – please come dressed<br />
<strong>10:00 – 12:00:</strong> Yoga, meditation and mindfulness at Vognporten: Mindful yoga, the 7 principles of mindfulness, body scan and meditation<br />
<strong>12:00 – 13:30:</strong> Lunch – the chefs create a delicious and healthy lunch. Time for a walk in the park.<br />
<strong>13:30 – 15:30:</strong> We divide you into two groups, where one group starts with yoga and the other group uses the wellness areas. Trine and the estate staff will guide you.<br />
Yin yoga in the carriage gate: Breathing exercise and chakra meditation<br />
Relaxation in the 2 wellness areas: Outdoor sauna and ice bath and indoor sauna and foot bath<br />
<strong>From 15:30:</strong> Coffee, tea and healthy snacks<br />
<strong>From 16:00 – 17:00:</strong> Thank you for today</p>
