Today's theme: Yoga, face yoga and sound meditation
Join us for a day of self-pampering, where you can dive deep into the world of yoga and feel the calmness sink in. We combine different forms of yoga, face yoga and relaxing sound meditation to help you find balance between body and mind. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or a beginner, the day's program will be adapted to all levels to ensure you get the full benefit.
Your yoga teacher, Trine Winther, with her vast experience and attentive teaching, will guide you safely through a day filled with physical stretches, breathing exercises and mindfulness. You’ll have the opportunity to both strengthen your body and calm your mind.

After an inspiring yoga session, we offer a delicious and nutritious lunch prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients. Then you can retreat and enjoy the estate’s cozy wellness areas, which consist of: Sauna and foot spa in the main building and outdoor sauna barrel and ice bath in the Rose Garden.

Program
<p><strong>09:30 – 10:00: </strong>Arrival at Vognporten between 9:30 and 10:00 – please come dressed<br />
<strong>10:00 – 12:00</strong>: Yoga in the carriage gate: Hatha and flow yoga, face yoga and sound meditation<br />
<strong>12:00 – 13:30:</strong> Lunch – the chefs create a delicious and healthy lunch. Time for a walk in the park.<br />
<strong>13:30 – 15:30:</strong> We divide you into two groups, where one group starts with yoga and the other group uses the wellness areas. Trine and the estate staff will guide you.<br />
Yin yoga in the carriage gate: Breathing exercise and chakra meditation<br />
Relaxation in the 2 wellness areas: Outdoor sauna and ice bath and indoor sauna and foot bath<br />
<strong>From 15:30:</strong> Coffee, tea and healthy snacks<br />
