Fathers deserve to be celebrated. They are our anchor, our helping hand and the ones we can always count on. At Kragerup Gods, we celebrate the men who have dedicated themselves to family life, work and community – and we do so with a day dedicated to them.
On Thursday, June 5, we invite you to a special experience where you can get up close to agriculture, taste well-brewed beer and enjoy an exquisite 2-course dinner in the historic setting of Restaurant Blixen.
Guided tour with estate manager Olav
Before dinner, our talented estate manager, Olav, will take you behind the scenes at Kragerup Gods’ farm. Olav has a wealth of stories and experiences to share, and he will give you a unique insight into our sustainable farming operations. Hear about the modern machinery, see the cows’ grazing areas and get a sense of the daily work that goes into the good food we put on the table. It’s a tour that combines storytelling, craftsmanship and the love of good farming.
After dinner, linger and enjoy the bright summer evening on the terrace where the bar offers cool beers, well-mixed cocktails and a carefully selected wine list.

Beef tartare served with a creamy chive mayonnaise, fresh horseradish, crispy potato and fresh sharp cress
Pink roast beef from the Teres Major cut, accompanied by grilled asparagus, a truffle bearnaise and delicious roasted new potatoes in browned butter for the ultimate taste experience.
Program:
16.00-17.00: Beer tasting on the terrace – Kragerup’s beer expert presents selected special beers from Krenkerup brewery.
17.00-18.30: Guided tour with estate manager Olav Ditlevsen – get close to the machines, fields and history behind Kragerup Gods’ agriculture.
18.30: 2-course dinner in Restaurant Blixen – a menu that celebrates good ingredients and great taste.
The price for the whole experience is DKK 495 per person.
