Restaurant Blixen offers a delicious Easter lunch on April 17-20, where our talented chef has put together a delicious Easter menu with all the classic dishes made with the best ingredients.
Easter menu
The menu offers four courses: two cold, one hot and one dessert.
First serving
Matured herring with red onion and dill
Fried herring in brine with capers and red onion
Second serving
Organic eggs with hand peeled shrimps and estate mayonnaise
Panko breaded fish fillet with lemon and homemade remoulade
Third serving
Tartlets with chicken and asparagus
Meatballs with stewed cabbage and cucumber salad
Slow-roasted lamb shank with lamb jus and spring salad
Fourth serving
Profiteroles with vanilla cream, chocolate and warm chocolate sauce
The menu is served with rye bread, sourdough bread and salted butter.
