Tables can be reserved every 15 minutes from 12:00 to 13:45, so you can enjoy the day at your own pace.

1st serving
Matured herring with curry salad and dill
Tomato herring with horseradish cream and apple compote
2nd serving
Organic eggs with hand-peeled shrimp and the estate’s lemon mayonnaise
Panko breaded fish fillet with lemon and home-made remoulade
3rd serving
Tartlets with Easter chicken in asparagus
Meatballs with stewed cabbage and fresh cucumber salad with dill
Slow-roasted lamb shank with lamb jus and spring salad
4th serving
Sea buckthorn tart with meringue and tonka bean ice cream
Everything is homemade, of course, and the menu is served with estate rye bread, sourdough bread and salted butter
