“Sashi” beef with baked and glazed beets, grilled Brussels sprouts, creamy celery puree and sauce with cranberries, blackcurrants and browned butter

Creme fraiche parfait with fresh sea buckthorn sorbet, crispy white chocolate and blueberry sauce
