For the 29th year in a row, the entire estate will be decorated for Christmas and will host around 100 different stands and stalls with delicious delicacies, exciting handicrafts, beautiful crafts and lots of gift ideas. Bring your family and friends and explore the estate together, where you’ll find entertainment and music, buy food and Christmas delicacies and who knows – you might even bump into Santa.
Over 100 cozy Christmas stands
Step into a world of Christmas magic, where tradition and craftsmanship merge in a warm and atmospheric atmosphere. At our traditional Christmas market, you’ll meet passionate artisans whose hands create unique treasures – from sparkling jewelry and intricately decorated ceramics to evocative paintings, elegant flower arrangements and beautiful home-knitted products. Here we honor the old virtues, where handmade brushes, intricately woven willow baskets and warm knitted gifts evoke memories of a bygone era.
Let the scent of roasted almonds and candied fruit guide you through the delicacy stands, where the taste of Christmas unfolds in everything from specialty beers to seductive chestnut liqueur. And don’t forget to stop by the produce stands, where you can take home a piece of Kragerup Gods nature – fresh vegetables and game from the estate’s own forests.
Musical entertainment for the whole family
At this year’s Christmas market, we will be visited by the fantastic drum corps: Nuclear Devils Drumband, who will be banging away on drums. You can also experience the cozy Christmas atmosphere when Slagelse Nissegarden plays sweet Christmas tunes.
Treats for the big or small hunger
When you’re hungry and thirsty, visit our large food market where you can buy burgers, pizza, sausages, fish & chips, Lebanese vegetarian dishes and drinks. For a sweet tooth, visit our pancake tent with warm freshly made pancakes, apple slices and spiced mulled wine. We also serve coffee and pretzels according to the family recipe from 1829 in the estate’s fine living rooms.
Christmas plate in Restaurant Blixen
Fancy a delicious lunch? Then drop by Restaurant Blixen, where we offer a delicious Christmas plate with two Christmas-inspired open sandwiches of the chef’s choice or a children’s plate with fish fillet and French fries. You can eat either at 12 noon, 1 pm or 2 pm, if there is room. We have a lot of lovely guests through the restaurant these days, so it’s important that you arrive at the agreed time. You have 45 min. to enjoy your food.

Even more Christmas fun for kids
Are you taking the kids to the Christmas market? Then be sure to drop by Kragerup Activity Park, where there’s plenty of fun for the little ones. Our mascot Eddie Eigil is in the Christmas spirit and will be ready for hugs and pictures. In our family area in the old horse paddock, you can make your own pancake or marshmallow over a campfire and visit our Christmas bauble workshop, where kids can make this year’s personalized Christmas gift: A hand-drawn Christmas ball in a beautiful gift box. At the activity park reception you’ll find the large straw tower and can try the Go Bounce trampoline park, which is open and free for everyone to try during the Christmas market with Santa, and in the shelter village Santa tells cozy Christmas stories.
