Starter
Warm mushrooms à la crème on crispy sourdough bread, topped with melted Thybo cheese, fresh herbs and a green parsley oil. A taste of fall and the tranquility of the forest.
Main course
Juicy porchetta of Danish pork served with thyme-roasted root vegetables, creamy carrot puree and a fresh gremolata vinaigrette that brings it all together. Accompanied by a light cloud sauce with tarragon, potatoes and green salad.
Dessert (optional)
Pear Belle Hélène in estate style – a classic interpreted with homemade vanilla ice cream and rich chocolate sauce. A sweet ending to a great experience.

Seating arrangement for the concert
For the concert in Kviestalden, the hall is divided into two sections:
Section A
Here you sit closest to the stage in the first 10 rows. These are the seats with the best view of the stage and the most intimate concert experience.

Section B
Here you sit behind Section A from row 11 downwards. You still have a great view, but you’re further away from the stage and closer to the bar.
