Look forward to some immersive days in beautiful surroundings where you can enjoy lovely walks in the park and forest. We turn up the heat so you can relax in front of the fireplace in the living rooms, take a dip in our sauna, outdoor cold water bath or pamper your feet in our herbal salt foot spa. The estate's kitchen offers exquisite meals with seasonal vegetables, as well as healthy snacks and juices.
Imagine checking in at Godset from 3pm on Friday afternoon, and from that moment on, the next 2 ½ days are about nurturing yourself with loving attention, movement and sensory experiences. When you lie down on the yoga mat at 4 pm, you will meet the gentle voice of Trine Winther, who will guide you through a calm and loving encounter with your body and mind, a grounding and calm start to your retreat.

Your yoga teacher
Trine is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher who will guide you through the magical universe of yoga with her warm and embracing personality. Trine has taught both abroad and in Denmark since 1996 and is known for her great presence and commitment on her travels.
Trine has an exciting CV that includes: Yoga training from India, Mindfulness instructor and mentor, Medical yoga teacher for children/youth and adults, Face yoga, Facial zone therapist, EFT, Cranio Sacral therapist, Flying Nurse, Crisis nurse, Course holder and Child therapist, Warrior qi-gong practitioner.

<p><strong>Day 1<br />
</strong><strong>15:00-16:00: </strong> Arrival between 15:00-16:00 at the reception, where you will receive your room key<br />
<strong>15:30-16:00: </strong>The carriage gate opens where you can settle in and enjoy a cup and fresh fruit<br />
<strong>16.00 – 18.00 </strong>Yoga and mindfulness at Vognporten: Hatha yoga, pranayama (deep yogic breathing), the 7 principles of mindfulness, body scan meditation<br />
<strong>19.00 – 20.30</strong> 2-course dinner in the Vault Cellar<br />
<strong>20:30:</strong> Evening socializing and snack in the garden room and library by the fireplace</p>

</strong><strong>07.15:</strong> Smoothie, spirulina juice and fruit<br />
<strong>07:30 – 09:00:</strong> Yoga and mindfulness in the Carriage Gate: Chakra yoga (hatha and flow yoga) – yin/yang breathing – chakra meditation<br />
<strong>09.00</strong> <strong>– 10.00:</strong> Breakfast in the Vault Basement<br />
<strong>10:00</strong> <strong>– 12:00:</strong> Opportunities for walking, relaxing in the living rooms and using the wellness area<br />
<strong>12:00</strong> <strong>– 13:00:</strong> Sound healing meditation with crystal bowls, singing bowls, wind chimes and more.<br />
<strong>13.00</strong> <strong>– 14.00:</strong> Lunch in the Vault Basement<br />
<strong>16:30</strong> <strong>– 18:00:</strong> Yoga and mindfulness in Vognporten: Pulsating yin yoga – PNF stretching – qi pumping exercises – meditation<br />
<strong>19.00 – 20.30: </strong>2-course dinner in the Vault Cellar<br />
<strong>20.30 – 21.00:</strong> Evening socializing and chocolate in the garden room and library by the fireplace</p>

<strong>07:30 – 09:30:</strong> Yang/Yin yoga and mindfulness at Vognporten: Mindfull yoga, yoga nidra meditation and mindfulness practice<br />
