What is team building?
Are you wondering where to host your next team day?
At Kragerup Gods and Activity Park on Zealand, we offer a variety of team-building activities focused on creating a more positive work environment where employees feel motivated to work together toward shared goals. Our problem-solving exercises can also help identify and resolve any challenges within the team and foster a sense of community and engagement.
Goal-Oriented Team Building
Would you like to strengthen teamwork among your employees? Then you’ve come to the right place. We offer team building activities on Zealand—on land, on water, and in the air— and during the winter months, we move into our granary, where seven specially selected activities are ready and waiting, so you can also book indoor team building activities during the colder months of the year.
A team-building day at Kragerup Gods gives your team or department the opportunity to enjoy fun, exciting, and team-building experiences. At Kragerup Gods, we have our own highly trained team-building instructors who facilitate the vast majority of our programs here on the estate. In addition, we work closely with consultant Ole Rasmussen, who, among other things, can conduct behavioral analyses of the dynamics among participants.
For example, we offer the ‘Blind Leader’ exercise where the focus is on the process and not just the result. The exercise challenges the individual to take on a new role in the team and step out of their comfort zone to achieve development. The strategy for the exercise is up to you, but you’ll find out if it’s the most obvious one when you have to navigate around blindfolded. The exercise focuses on oral communication and all the senses of the body.
Creative and Fun Team-Building Activities at Kragerup Gods
If you are looking for a larger team building event on Zealand with more activities, we offer to plan and run a tailor-made team building estate race from 10 to 500 people. We call the event ‘The Estate Treasure Hunt‘ and is composed of eight theoretical tasks distributed on the estate’s grounds. You will therefore get to know the scenic surroundings around the estate. If you want to combine the treasure hunt with more physical activities facilitated by an instructor, it is possible to add several of our other team building exercises. The focus is to develop and improve the group’s cooperation while bringing the competitive spirit into play.
Our team building instructors also have extensive experience facilitating team building activities for bachelor/bachelorette parties, where the bride or groom can enjoy a truly special—and, above all, fun—day at a party with friends and family. You can also choose to enjoy the rest of your bachelor or bachelorette party here at the estate or in our shelter village, where you’ll also have the option to stay overnight as the day draws to a close.
Team building in nature keeps motivation high
According to meeting expert Bo Krüger, meetings held in nature help maintain motivation among leaders and employees: “Passively consuming PowerPoint presentations isn’t enough. The best learning must be engaging and creative.” That is exactly what we strive to achieve at Kragerup Gods, with our many scenic team-building activities. Not only do people generate 60% more ideas in nature, but it is also here that talent, creativity, and curiosity are sparked. We also offer beautiful outdoor meeting rooms in the forest, so you can spend the whole day outdoors if you wish.
Professional team building instructors
Are you ready to take your next team-building day to new heights? Literally? For some, team building can be a bit out of their comfort zone, especially when faced with the challenges at our Go High ropes course—where you can climb up to 28 meters—or in our team-building activities“Jacob’s Ladder”and“Rappelling.” That’s why it’s important to us that our instructors are trained, professional, and attentive to our guests’ individual needs, so we can provide thorough instruction and ensure everyone feels safe. In other words, this is your guarantee that you’ll enjoy a team-building day on Zealand facilitated by experienced and skilled instructors.
Team building with everything in one place
At Kragerup Gods, we’re proud to offer a conference center where you can stay overnight, enjoy a delicious lunch and dinner in our restaurant, hold productive meetings in our indoor and outdoor meeting rooms, and combine your conference with team building activities. We have everything in one place and never compromise on quality. At Kragerup Gods, you can therefore enjoy a professionally facilitated team-building day on Zealand, complete with an overnight stay and first-class catering.
