1. Plan well in advance
Kragerup Estate is a popular destination for events and functions, which is why it’s crucial to plan well in advance. If you want to book a Saturday in the spring or summer, we recommend that you start your search and booking process about 12 months before the desired date. This gives you more time to choose the perfect venue and ensure that all your specific needs and wishes can be met. If you want to book on a Friday or another day of the week, there’s usually a better chance that the venue you want is available on that day. However, we always recommend that you book well in advance.

2. Inspect the premises in person
Before you make your final decision, it’s a good idea to visit our function rooms to see for yourself. This will allow you to assess the actual atmosphere, size and layout of the venue and discuss any special requests or needs with our skilled staff. It also gives you the opportunity to visualize how your event will unfold in the space and make sure it suits your wishes.
When you come to us with your wishes, we’ll talk about what you’d like to happen on the day. We’ll also take you on a tour of our venues, rooms and facilities so you can see the estate for yourself and find the venue that suits your preferences.
We’ll also talk to you about how many people you expect to come to your party, what kind of atmosphere you’re going for, if it’s a wedding, if there will be a ceremony in the park, if you want a reception or if it’s just a party. We then have an ongoing dialog up until a few months beforehand, where we go through the plan in more detail. This includes the schedule, wishes for flowers, menu and more.
Of course, we are available all day with waiters, staff, receptionists to check people in, greet guests and guide you safely through the event so you don’t have to worry about anything during the party.

3. Use the facilities for team building and activities
